Ashton & Lea Golf Club is currently open to new membership applications and the required forms can be accessed from the menu above and please send completed forms to the secretary. All new applications will be handled quickly.
TRIAL MEMBERSHIP
Trial membership is designed to help those who are considering becoming full members to make the right decision. It allows them to 'test the water' before 'taking the plunge'.
How Does it Work?
- It is an introductory membership leading to full membership.
- It can run for up to 12 months.
- The cost is £325; this entitles the member to 15 rounds of golf any day of the week including bank holidays.
- Trial members can play in members only tee times
- The cost will be fully offset against the joining fee.
- Trial members are able to play in monthly medals, stableford and certain other competitions, though not in any major competitions, and are able to use the club practice and teaching facilities.
- They will have EGU affiliation and be able to obtain an official EGU handicap.
- Trial members can bring guests at a special member’s guest rate.
- They have full membership access to all social events.
- Trial members can choose to have an account with us and receive a 20% discount on payment of £20 (minimum) bar levy
- Join before 31st May 2009 and receive a FREE lesson with a PGA professional
- This membership is only open to anyone who has never previously been a member of Ashton & Lea Golf Club
- An individual can only take up Trial Membership once
- Only the Trial Member may use the vouchers (ID may be required)
