Ashton and Lea Golf Club
On a day that started wet and windy , and finished in summer sunshine, President Mick Wilson hosted two competitions on Saturday, 20th July.
First away were the Juniors , with Jake Graveson taking the honours, and Matthew Wallace taking the runners-up position.
Congratulations to both.
Starting later in the morning, over 30 Ladies tee'd off for 18 holes - the first few braving the wind and occasional rain.
The Presentation Evening was opened by Lady Captain (Helen Smith), and the vote of thanks given by past Lady President, Sandra Henkel.
