The main bar & lounge can hold up to a maximum number of 150 guests, however we are able to adapt the room to cater for small gatherings if needed. 

The room comes complete with it own bar and dance floor area which provides a perfect space for a DJ / Entertainer.

The lounge provides the perfect oppurtunity to hold for a variety of functions such as Weddings, Birthday Celebrations, Funerals & Seminars/Presentations. 

The Room Hire Costs are as follows: 

• Evening Room Hire = £100.00
• All Day Room Hire = £150.00
• Calvert Suite Room Hire = £70.00
• Surety Bond Payment = £50.00 (This will be refunded if nothing is damaged) 
• Late Bar Extension= £45.00 (Last orders will be 12:30am)

If you wish to have catering at your function, please dont hesitate to arrange  a meeting with the club catering manager.
