Captain's Day for Ladies

Sunday 1st June 2025

Despite a damp forecast, the weather stayed mostly dry as 42 ladies competed in the second major of the season at Ashton & Lea Golf Club. Hosted by Mr Captain Frank Leach, the day featured great golf, strong turnout, and superb hospitality. Andrea Kershaw claimed 1st Overall with a net 63, while Katherine Reynolds secured Best Gross. A big thank you to Captain Frank for his warm welcome and support — a fantastic day enjoyed by all!

Lady Vice Captain's Day 2025

Sunday 1st June 2025

Held on Saturday 10th May, Lady Vice Captain’s Day marked a fantastic start to the season’s major competitions at Ashton & Lea Golf Club. Glorious sunshine and a strong turnout set the tone for a brilliant day, with June Deveney providing a warm welcome and superb hospitality. From tee-time refreshments to a delightful afternoon tea for special guests, the event was filled with great spirits and camaraderie. Congratulations to all the prize winners, and a big thank you to June for hosting such a memorable day!

Up to 6 rounds may be played in the Professional's Roll Up Competitions to obtain a CONGU handicap
(Not eligible for any other club competitions.)
Lifestyle 20 Membership is only valid to new members. The rounds can be split into 40 rounds of 9 holes.

Community Amateur Sports Club

Ashton & Lea Golf Club is a CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club); the Club therefore offers a £*** per year membership that entitles individuals to play once a week. Individuals will be able to play during the week or at weekends, once a week, throughout the calendar year. Individuals subscribing to this membership have full voting rights but are not be eligible to play in club competitions. Footwear and equipment will be provided by the Club for any individual subscribing to this membership. Applicants that are unable to pay full membership will be considered on an individual basis. Any applicant applying under this criteria will need to demonstrate their inability to pay the full fees to the club.
