Short Game Facility

The Short Game Facility provides a practice area for Ladder Drills, Bunker Play and Chipping. 

The Short Game Facility is available for members and vistors to practice from anywhere around the green using either grass or the mats (When the ground conditions are poor e.g. winter, a mat only rule will apply).

NO RANGE BALLS are to be used; users must use their own balls. 

The Academy

Work is ongoing to bring the facility to a high standard to provide the best conditions possible for practicing all aspects of the short game. Please bear with us during the early stages of this development.


SHORT GAME FACILITY RULES

  • Clearly if several people are using the area, the whereabouts of other users must be considered and due care taken when playing shots. 
  • Players use the facility at their own risk
  • No Range Balls Permitted on the short game area - please use your own balls.
  • Range Balls must be used in the practise bunker next to the driving range
  • A divot repair box will be located in the area, please repair any damage to all areas that require it following your practice.
  • When the ground conditions are poor e.g. winter, a mat only rule will apply.
