Ashton and Lea Golf Club is proud to recognise the incredible commitment and dedication of Lady Captain Anne Graham, whose fundraising efforts have resulted in an exceptional £7,279.93 being raised for Heartbeat.
Throughout her year as Lady Captain, Anne chose to support Heartbeat and worked tirelessly to champion the charity across the club. Her passion, leadership and personal commitment inspired members to get involved, donate generously and support a wide range of fundraising activities, all contributing to this remarkable total.

The funds raised will play a vital role in supporting Heartbeat’s work across the North West, helping more than 1,000 people through prevention and rehabilitation programmes, as well as providing education, encouragement and social support that are essential to long term recovery and wellbeing. Anne’s efforts have not only raised a significant amount of money but have also brought members together around a shared cause, highlighting the strong sense of community at Ashton and Lea Golf Club. On behalf of the club and Heartbeat, a sincere thank you goes to Lady Captain Anne Graham for her outstanding leadership and dedication, and to all members who supported her throughout the year. This achievement is a true reflection of Anne’s impact and the generosity of the Ashton and Lea community. |
