Lady Vice Captain's Day 2025

Lady Vice Captain’s Day marked a fantastic start to the 2025 season’s major competitions at Ashton & Lea Golf Club. Glorious sunshine, a strong turnout, and a warm, friendly atmosphere made for a truly memorable event.
Lady Vice Captain June Deveney greeted each player on the tee with refreshments and words of encouragement, setting the tone for a day full of camaraderie and good spirits. June’s hospitality continued throughout the day, with past Lady Captains and special guests treated to a lovely afternoon tea in the clubhouse.
The competition saw some excellent golf on display, with impressive scores across the board. June later presented the prizes to the day’s winners, bringing the event to a celebratory close.
